After you are approved the price and sample, you can place your order, and we will follow up mass production, quality inspection, and arrange logistics.

December Sun ensures product quality and provides free replacement to you if any quality issues should arise.

Service Fee: $0. All costs are included in the unit price of the product.

Basic Plan

If you decide to use your own suppliers in China, we can collaborate with them to ensure the products are manufactured according to your requirements.

Once your suppliers have finished the cargo, we will conduct quality inspections and arrange logistics.

Service Fee: 5% of the product value, with a minimum fee of $100.

How to use our service

Step 1: Submit an inquiry, and our support team will assign you a senior manager to follow up your project.
Step 2: Confirm your plan and get a free quotation from December Sun, we will send you the product presentation if you choose pro plan.
Step 3: We integrate all supplier resources, send you samples, and provide follow-up on production progress.
Step 4: We conduct thorough quality inspections of your cargo at factory and arrange shipments.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the main difference between Pro Plan and Basic Plan?

With Pro Plan, you purchase directly from December Sun’s supplier network, and we guarantees product quality and offer replacements in case of any quality issues.

With Basic Plan, you use your own supplier resources, and December Sun negotiates with your supplier to resolve any quality issues, but the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.

Can I use both Pro Plan and Basic Plan simultaneously?

Yes, you can. If you have multiple products to source, you can create a Basic Plan order for those you buy from your own suppliers and a Pro Plan order for those you buy from December Sun's suppliers.

Will you share the supplier information from the Pro Plan?

We can’t disclose the supplier details under most circumstances. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.

How do you conduct quality inspections?

By default, we provide free quality inspections according to AQL 2.5 / 4.0 standards, regardless of whether the cargo has been reworked by factories due to previous quality issues.

We can also offer inspections at a higher ratio or on a one-by-one basis, but this service is charged separately and quoted accordingly.
