Pro Plan

We have a comprehensive QC (Quality Control) and QA (Quality Assurance) individually team supported by a well-established and standardized quality management system. Each production step is closely monitored by dedicated QC personnel to ensure consistent quality throughout the process.

How we inspect your products

General Inspection

Whether you’re on our Pro or Basic plan, your goods will be conducted for a free general inspection. We follow Level II, AQL 2.5/4.0 standards, just like other inspection companies.

For defective products, if you’re using our selected suppliers or own factories, we handle quality issues at no additional cost. If you’re using your own suppliers, we can assist in resolving issues, but logistics and travel fees may apply.

For custom inspection solutions or a lower defect rate, please contact our agent for details on any additional fees.

Full Inspection

To achieve a 0% defect rate, we recommend our full inspection service, where we identify and remove all defective products. Our standard rate is $10 per hour. Contact our support team to submit your needs and receive a customized quote.

What quality inspection we can service for you

1 by 1 Full inspection
Available at a labor rate of $10/hour. We highly recommend that sellers with high-value products to use this service to minimize the defect rate to 0.
Mid-term inspection
We can conduct mid-term inspections wherever needed to ensure the production process is going as you expected.
Final inspection
We will conduct this inspection based on Level II, AQL 2.5/4.0 standards when the cargo is finished prodction and packed overall. Then we will send a official and completed inspection report with pass or fail result for your reivew.
